Jean-Bernard TITZ is currently CEO of Dev-Help a French business development consultancy firm dealing with SMEs in their innovation business. He provides them organisational and commercial skills for individual or collaborative technical partnerships and business development locally or in an international scope.
Joining “Telecom Valley” ICT cluster in 2006, he belongs to the board and is leading the “m-tourisme” commission. He has been in charge of Business Development and Mobility thematic leader for the French competitive cluster “Secured Communicating Solutions” in south of France.
He is the French representative in the “EUREKA Tourism” consultative European committee promoting innovation in the tourism industry.
He has been an IBM Business Consulting Services Associated Partner for five years in financial and government services dealing with CEOs, lines of business managers and CIOs. Previously he worked 17 years in business relationship management as an IBM client Exec with a large scope of bank, insurance and SME customers. He has gotten high skills in people management, business intelligence and electronic data management. He started his career as project manager in IBM data processing centers.
Jean-Bernard TITZ has been giving lessons for 5 years in the Nice Sophia-Antipolis University where he teaches Customer Relationship Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Models / Business Plan and New Technologies for Tourism in master 2 level
Jean-Bernard TITZ is a graduated Engineer at “Centrale Marseille” and has a Master in Physics.
