Les données territoriales sont un des éléments centraux dans la construction de la stratégie des territoires comme la définition d’une offre de mobilité adéquate, de la lutte contre les risques naturels, d’une optimisation de la gestion des déchets…. Elles permettent de comprendre quels sont les éléments qui influencent le développement d’un territoire, mais aussi d’anticiper quelles peuvent-être ses futurs possibles.

Les innovations technologiques ont démocratisé et augmenté l’usage des données territoriales. Désormais, il est nécessaire de maitriser des outils techniques tels que les systèmes d’information géographiques afin d’exploitation au mieux ces données particulières.

La Master Class  a pour objectif de monter comment exploiter les données territoriales au travers d’exemples concrets :

• Aménagement du territoire
• Mobilité
• ….

Mais aussi de montrer quels sont les apports et les limites de l’intelligence artificielle appliqués aux systèmes urbains.

In online social media, each episode of online activity aimed at offending, menacing, harassing or stalking another person can be classified as a cyberbullying phenomenon. Given its societal impact, the implementation of cyberbullying detection systems, combining abusive language detection and social network analysis, has attracted a lot of attention in the last years.

However, the adoption of such systems in real life is not straightforward, and given the negative effects misleading analyses could have on potential abusers and victims, a transparent approach should be adopted, in which cyberbullying identification should be mediated by human judgment.

In this Master Class, we report on our experience on monitoring cyberbullying through the classification of abusive content and social network analysis. In particular, we will present our platform for the monitoring of cyberbullying phenomena on social media. The system aims at supporting supervising persons at identifying potential cases of cyberbullying through an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. We evaluate the abusive content detection classifier on a set of manually annotated data from several social media platforms, and for three languages.

Using PyArmNN for Covid-19 detection:

Deep Learning applications have touched almost every industry. With healthcare systems becoming increasingly overburdened in the past few months, everyone in the healthcare delivery chain are looking for ways to deliver better health outcomes faster with fewer resources. Arm’s ecosystem partner DarwinAI open sourced COVID-Net – a deep neural network which examines chest X-rays to detect COVID-19 infections.

In this workshop, attendees will learn how DarwinAI built COVID-Net for embedded devices. We will run the model using Arm’s inference framework Arm NN for detection and benchmark its performance with Tensorflow Lite.

You will gain hands-on experience with ML frameworks and tools.
